Once a reservation is confirmed, we immediately begin preparing and ordering event-specific materials and custom items tailored to your event. These preparations are unique and non-transferable, and as such, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
However, we understand that plans can sometimes change. As a courtesy, we are happy to offer the option to exchange your reservation for a Jardin de Lux Photo Booth Gift Voucher of equal value. This voucher can be:
- Used at a future date (subject to availability)
- Gifted to someone else for their event
All gift voucher exchanges must be requested at least 14 days prior to your scheduled event date.
