Jardin de Lux Photo Booths
Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation and Booking
All bookings with Jardin de Lux Photo Booths are subject to availability and are only considered confirmed once a signed agreement and full payment or deposit (if applicable) have been received. Upon confirmation, we begin preparing and ordering supplies tailored to your event.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. Pricing is subject to change without notice but will be honored for all confirmed bookings.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within 3 days of booking are eligible for a full refund.
- After 3 days, all cancellations are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made beyond the 3-day grace period and at least 14 days prior to the event may be exchanged for a Jardin de Lux Photo Booth Gift Voucher equal to the full amount paid. This voucher can be used for a future event or gifted to another party.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event are not eligible for refunds or voucher exchanges.
4. Refund Policy
Jardin de Lux Photo Booths maintains a strict No Refund Policy outside of the 3-day cancellation window, due to the immediate ordering of supplies and custom preparations for each booking.
5. Gift Voucher Terms
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, transferable, and valid for any future booking, subject to availability. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
6. Service Delivery Requirements
The client is responsible for providing the following:
- Adequate space for the photo booth setup (specific measurements will be provided upon booking).
- Access to a standard power supply within 25 feet of the designated setup location.
- Confirmation that the event venue allows photo booth services and meets setup requirements.
- A designated setup area that is shaded, dry, and protected from direct sunlight, rain, or moisture. Outdoor setups must be under a tent, canopy, or similar weather protection.
- Safe and accessible loading and unloading areas.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in refusal of setup or service, with no refunds or compensation provided.
7. Refusal of Service
Jardin de Lux Photo Booths reserves the right to refuse service at our sole discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, unsafe or unsuitable setup conditions, abusive or inappropriate behavior by guests or clients, violation of our terms, or any circumstances that could compromise the safety of our staff, equipment, or the integrity of the event.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, ensuring that guests behave respectfully, and protecting equipment from misuse, negligence, or damage. Any repair or replacement costs resulting from damages caused by guests will be billed directly to the client.
9. Photo Usage & Rights
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Jardin de Lux Photo Booths reserves the right to use photos from events for marketing, promotional purposes, and social media content. We honor all written privacy requests received prior to the event.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, power outages, or government actions. In such situations, we will offer to reschedule the service or issue a gift voucher for future use.
11. Limitation of Liability
Jardin de Lux Photo Booths’ liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the booking.
12. Agreement
By confirming a reservation and submitting payment, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
